Wage constraints and other bargaining constraints

As you are aware, many of our members have been affected by Bill 124 and the wage constraints and other bargaining constraints placed on our collective agreements and members.

As part of the Coalition to Defend Collective Bargaining, coordinated by the Ontario Federation of Labour will be in court on Monday, September 12, 2022 to present our case.  The court case continues through to September 23, 2022.  If you are interested in watching the proceedings virtually, please register at the link below:
